About Me
- Name: Finn Harvor
- Location: South Korea
I'm a writer and artist. I live with my wife in South Korea. As a writer, I have produced both fiction and non-fiction. My work has appeared in several magazines as well as been broadcast by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. I have written and staged two fringe plays ("The Looksist" and "Broken Pinkie" (under the pen-name Nils Rolvaag)). And my monologue "Die Happiness" was demo-videotaped by actor/director Clark Johnson, who has directed episodes of "The West Wing", "Homicide", and "The Wire", as well as several features including HBO's "Boycott". In print, my work has appeared in Prism, The Canadian Forum, This Magazine, Paragraph, Books in Canada, The Globe and Mail [art], The Toronto Star [art], eye [political cartoons], and Now Weekly. On the Internet, my work has appeared in the online magazines The Brooklyn Rail, Rain Taxi, Dark Sky, Rabble, The Quarterly Conversation, LitKicks, The Korea Times, and Standard Hostility Index. I am working on my screenplay-novel, Truth Marathon. I also have a memoir. You can reach me at fharvor_at_yahoo_dot_com
